Why Study Business Analysis?
Business analysis professionals fulfil a role of unique importance at the heart of every successful organisation. The field of business analysis concerns the facilitation of positive change within an organisation, through the identification of needs and the formulation of effective solutions. Business analysis can be used to drive the improvement and optimisation of any process at any level throughout the organisation. Worldwide, organisations are adopting data-driven decision-making processes at a rapid pace. For the business analyst, the challenge lies in taking this complex business intelligence data and using it as the basis for important decisions. Unsurprisingly, talented business analysis professionals are in increasingly high demand across all sectors. With such broad and diverse employment opportunities available, there’s never been a better time to consider a career in business analysis.
This exclusive Level 4 Business Analysis Diploma provides an intensive introduction to the functions, objectives and limitations of contemporary business analysis. Course content is delivered over a series of nine engaging modules, each of which concludes with an online assessment your assigned tutor will mark and return with feedback:
Module 1 - Internal and External Environment Analysis

Module 6 - The Execution Phase
Module six guides candidates through each key stage of the implementation process, which involves establishing policies, setting targets, preparing the workforce and managing change. The potential advantages and disadvantages of process automation are also discussed, along with the role of business rules in workflow engineers and key steps to successful workflow engine implementation.
Module 7 - The Monitoring Phase
