Module four studies the fundamentals of business process improvement, providing candidates with a breakdown of the six essential steps to successful business analysis.  An introduction to enterprise content management is also provided, along with business process reengineering and the primary benefits of successful business process management.

Module 5 - Process Improvement with Gap Analysis

In the fifth and final module, candidates learn how gap analysis can benefit any business process improvement initiative.  The five basic steps of effective gap analysis are discussed, along with the different types of gap analysis, the most important elements of an effective gap analysis report and an introduction to the ‘five whys’ process improvement technique.
