Over the course four intensive modules, of communication skills training online, candidates explore both the benefits of strong communication and the potential consequences of communication challenges/breakdowns. From body language to effective questioning to the development of outstanding listening skills, the core elements of quality communications are dissected and discussed.

Communication skills online training, is delivered over four in-depth modules:

Module 1 – Communication Basics

The course begins with a broad overview of the concept of communication in general, focusing specifically on its value from a corporate perspective. Along with an introduction to effective probing techniques, candidate explore the power of asking the right questions, how to build/maintain strong interpersonal relations, the development of self-awareness and more. 

Module 2 – Listening Skills

Course Module 2 centres on the primary differences between ‘listening’ and ‘hearing’, introducing candidates to the value of active listening skills and how to better-develop personal proficiency. Additional subtopics covered include demonstration cues, reading cues and the consequences of poor listening skills. 

Module 3 – Body Language

An exploration of body language follows in Module 3, which dissects the concept of communicating without the use of spoken words. The influence body language can have on communication in general is discussed, along with how to both identify and respond to non-verbal signals/messages in general.

Module4 – Communication Styles

In the closing course module, candidates are provided with a detailed breakdown of the assertiveness formula and how it applies to business communications. Additional subtopics introduced include self-image creation, ensuring a message is heard in a business setting and the various communication styles that play a role in workplace communications.

The enrolment process takes place online and can be completed within a matter of minutes.  All you need to do is complete and submit the online form on our website, complete the payment process and wait to receive your login credentials.  After which, you can begin working through your business administration course at your own pace.

Your assigned tutor will be on hand at all times to answer any questions or concerns you may have, regarding either the course materials or the written assignments.  You will be able to submit your questions and requests for help to your tutor via our online learning platform, after you receive your login credentials.

There are no minimum or maximum word requirements for the assignments you will be requested to submit.  Assignments are submitted to accurately measure the acquired knowledge of learners at the end of each unit, and their understanding of the course materials.  It is therefore up to you how long or short your answers to the questions are.

Each subsequent assignment will then be issued upon successful completion of the prior assignment.
