Online Communication Skills Training.

Communication skills online training, is delivered over four in-depth modules:

Module 1 – Communication Basics

The course begins with a broad overview of the concept of communication in general, focusing specifically on its value from a corporate perspective. Along with an introduction to effective probing techniques, candidate explore the power of asking the right questions, how to build/maintain strong interpersonal relations, the development of self-awareness and more. 

Module 2 – Listening Skills

Course Module 2 centres on the primary differences between ‘listening’ and ‘hearing’, introducing candidates to the value of active listening skills and how to better-develop personal proficiency. Additional subtopics covered include demonstration cues, reading cues and the consequences of poor listening skills. 

Module 3 – Body Language

An exploration of body language follows in Module 3, which dissects the concept of communicating without the use of spoken words. The influence body language can have on communication in general is discussed, along with how to both identify and respond to non-verbal signals/messages in general.

Module4 – Communication Styles

In the closing course module, candidates are provided with a detailed breakdown of the assertiveness formula and how it applies to business communications. Additional subtopics introduced include self-image creation, ensuring a message is heard in a business setting and the various communication styles that play a role in workplace communications.
