Course content in Module 3 focuses on essential stress-management training, exploring effective techniques for dealing with stressful situations and how to enhance/refine personal resilience.  Candidates discover how effective problem-solving competencies can reduce stress and anxiety, along with the value of various relaxation techniques.

Module 4 – Planning a Workshop

The core fundamentals of planning professional workshops follow in Module 4, incorporating an investigation of various tools and resources of use to the practical trainer.  Along with the most important elements that build successful workshops, candidates also explore a variety of associated challenges.

Module 5 – Your Role as an Effective Communicator

Course Module 5 discusses the role of the practical trainer as an effective communicator, bringing to light the importance of strong and consistent communication in adult education.  Along with an overview of Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation, candidates discuss how to lead conversations, professional knowledge evaluation, impact evaluation and more.

Module 6 – Dealing with Difficult Situations

Bringing the course to a close, Module 6 guides candidates through a variety of difficult situations associated with adult learning/workshops.  Course content explores the anticipating, pre-empting and addressing of problematic scenarios, both within the workshop setting and while working as a practical trainer in general.
