Module 2 – The Human Reaction to Change

Course content in the second module focuses on the human reaction to change, exploring the behaviours, reactions and attitudes of human beings faced with change.  Along with in-depth analysis of change trends, the pace of change and how change provokes a response, the module considers change in accordance with control.

Module 3 – Adapting to Change

Change management and adapting to change in a proactive and positive manner represents the primary core focus of Module 3.  Candidates are introduced to a variety of concepts including resistance and resiliency, while discussing effective change management strategies and how to facilitate positive permanent changes.

Module 4 – Strategies for Dealing with Anger

Course Module 4 introduces candidates to a variety of workable strategies for dealing with anger, incorporating an exploration of relaxation techniques and anger-management fundamentals.  The importance and value of communication are also explored, along with an outline of the assertiveness formula and how to develop/enhance beneficial listening skills.

Module 5 – Managing Stress

Closing the course, Module 5 guides candidates through a series of stress management techniques – specifically focusing on workplace/professional stress.  Along with a breakdown and exploration of the ‘Triple-A Approach’, course content introduces the theory that in order to proactively manage change, we must be prepared and able to change ourselves.
