Workforce recruitment is also discussed in the opening module.
Module 2. Process Management

Candidates also explore the functions and objectives of business analysis, the six essential steps to conducting effective business analysis and the concept of enterprise content management.
Module 3. Supply Chain Management
Candidates then explore the potential benefits of effective supply chain operations, along with the various participants in the supply chain and the evolving structure of the contemporary supply chain. Transportation management and inventory management concepts are also introduced, along with several typical supply chain issues and the components of an efficiently structured supply chain.
Module 4. Inventory Management
A series of key inventory management concepts are presented and discussed in module four, including the importance of balancing supply with demand, how to cope with uncertain demand and an introduction to safety stock. Candidates learn how to determine the right time to place orders, while considering the benefits of economic order quantity and the potential costs of carrying stocks.
Module 5. Project Management
The art of effective project management is discussed in module five, which presents candidates with a detailed breakdown of the project life cycle. Each of the five major project stages is discussed in depth, along with how to create a project overview document, the identification of project constraints, producing project charters, staff management, financial planning and more.

Candidates learn how to determine the expected level of quality for a project, implement a workable quality policy, effectively use benefit/cost analysis, apply benchmarking practices and generally oversee the creation of a wide-reaching quality management plan.
Module 7. Risk Management
Concluding the course, module seven provides candidates with a detailed breakdown of the effective project risk management process.
