Just as motivation drives operations forward, apathy and lethargy can drive a business into the ground. It takes the skills, knowledge and personal traits of a world-class team leader to build and maintain teams of outstand value. Business leaders on a global basis are constantly seeking superior team leading talent to both maximise efficiency and enhance employee loyalty.
