Unit 2. Various Departments of Hotel

Concluding the course, module two takes a more detailed look at each of the core departments in a hotel environment.  Candidates explore reservations and front desk operations, housekeeping departments and personnel, engineering and maintenance, hotel security, food and beverage operations and the basics of hotel reservation systems.
