Module 5 - Communication Skills

Module 6 - Emotional Intelligence

In the sixth module, candidates are introduced to the concept of emotional intelligence and the five primary components of emotional intelligence - self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills.  Enhancing interpersonal relationships by acknowledging and understanding emotions and perceptions is discussed in depth.

Module 7 - Conflict Management

The importance of swift and structured conflict resolution is discussed in module seven, in which candidates also consider the inevitability of conflict in a team working environment.  The basics of anger management are also discussed, along with an overview of the ‘assertiveness formula’ and the importance of tackling all workplace conflicts head-on.

Module 8 - Risk Management

Concluding the course, module eight provides a detailed introduction to the functions and objectives of risk management.  Candidates examine the various risk classifications, the fundamentals of enterprise risk management (ERM), risk analysis and assessment processes, risk identification and the characteristics of an effective risk management framework.
