Module 4 – Managing Food and Beverage Operations

Along with assessing the needs of guests and the current market in general, candidates explore basic restaurant layout and design, deployment of personnel, menu planning and more.
Module 5 – Human Resource Management

Along with an introduction to the recruitment process, candidates are guided through a series of critical training and development teachings. Module 6 – Marketing and Advertising
