Module 5 – Cash Flow Statement

The penultimate module explores analysis of funds in greater depth, in conjunction with a comprehensive dissection of professional cash flow statements.  Candidates investigate a variety of sources of business funds, the value and purpose on on-hand cash and the importance of effective cash flow monitoring/management in general.

Module 6 – Budgeting

 

The basics of business budgeting are introduced and explored in the closing course module, which provides candidates with a detailedsummary of the professional budgeting process.  The purpose and value of budgeting from a business perspective is discussed, along with managing budgets in accordance with business performance and the consequences of poor/inaccurate budgeting.
