Module 5 – Human Resource Management

Course content in Module 5 focuses primarily on the management of human resources and the roles those involved in travel product/service provision play.  Along with an exploration of each important role independently, candidates study strategies for linking human resources in the creation of tourism products and how to create an effective HR strategy.

Module 6 – Transport Management

The logistics of transporting clients and customers from one location to another represent the primary core focus of Module 6.  Along with an overview of important transport types and their respective benefits/disadvantages, candidates investigate a series of potential challenges and issues common to transport management.

Module 7 – Quality Management

Bringing the course to a conclusion, Module 7 outlines exactly why it is that consistent provision of exceptional quality standards is the only acceptable norm for the contemporary travel and tourism service provider.  Along with the fundamentals of reputation management, course content covers how to pre-empt, confirm and ultimately exceed the expectations of clients and customers.
