Module 2 – Building Team Trust

Course content in Module 2 focuses more specifically on building team trust and generally earning the respect of team members.  Candidates are provided with an in-depth investigation of TORI (Trust, Openness, Realisation, Interdependence), along with an outline of each key stage in the team development process and various associated team building subtopics.

Module 3 – Communication Skills

The importance of strong, effective and consistent communication enters the conversation in Module 3.  Several essential communication skills from a team leading perspective are discussed, along with effective probing techniques, the importance of highly-developed listening skills and a number of commonly-encountered communication challenges/barriers.

Module 4 – Motivating Employees

The value and importance of consistently motivating employees is discussed in-depth in Module 4.  Candidates discover how the creation of a motivated workplace culture can benefit the business enormously, along with how to identify specific motivating factors/strategies and when/how rewards should be introduced to further boost motivation.

Module 5 – Managing Disciplinary Issues

Bringing the course to a conclusion, Module 5 focuses on managing disciplinary issues in a mutually beneficial manner.  Candidates explore a series of conflict-resolution and problem-solving strategies, along with how to proactively pre-empt potential disciplinary issues and prevent problem-recurrence when and where possible.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievementby ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details of all the units you have completed as part of your course).

Q. How does Distance / Online Learning work?

All our courses offer the flexibility of learning. These are divided into units. After each course unit the student is required to complete and submit an assignment. Students work through each unit at your own pace. There are no deadlines for completing and submitting the assignments. Tutor marks the assignment and uploads the result on the portal. The student then moves on to the next unit and this way completes the course. All the submitted work is assessed by the awarding body at the moderation stage. Recognised Certificate is issued by the awarding body.

Q. Is there any deadline for submitting the assignments?

No, there are no deadlines for the submission of assignments. Students work at their own pace and plan their study according to their own schedule. However you will submit one assignment at a time so that the tutor can mark one and can give you feedback. Following which you can move on to your next unit and assignment.

Q. Do I need to sit an exam at the end?

All our courses are assignment based. Your submitted work is assessed throughout the course. There is no final exam at the end.
