Module 1 – Performance Appraisals

Candidates explore the key components of the performance appraisal, along with how to accurately identify the most effective approach to reviewing employee performance.
Module 2 – Performance Management Process
Course content in Module 2 focuses on the performance management process, incorporating an exploration of candidate selection and task delegation. Along with initially filling essential roles, candidates explore the importance of primary training and ongoing coaching, standard setting, the provision of proactive feedback and how to identify/work with employee motivators.
Module 3 – Planning the Interview
The third course module takes candidates through the process of planning the performance interview, while dissecting and investigating the core elements of the interview process. Along with an overview of effective techniques for gathering all necessary information during the interview, candidates study how to ask the right questions, the importance of transparency and how to deliver feedback.
Module 4 – Maintaining Performance
Closing the course, Module 4 focus focuses on long-term employee performance maintenance and how to approach challenging situations/individuals. Candidates are guided through a series of professional problem solving techniques, several associated motivational theories and the importance of addressing issues at the earliest instance to minimise potential consequences.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievementby ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details of all the units you have completed as part of your course).
