Module 4 - Steps in Planning an Event
The four most critical components of the successful event planning framework are introduced and discussed at length in Module 4. Module 5 - The Event Management Plan
Perhaps the single most important event planning document of all, the event management plan details every essential aspect and element of the event in full. While event management plan content varies from one event to the next, standard content includes key contractors, licensing and insurance details, fire safety, event timetables, scheduling, staffing, emergency contacts and more.
Module 6 - Contingency Planning

Module 6 provides a comprehensive overview of contingency planning, introducing candidates to a wide variety of potential risks/scenarios and the core stages of creating a workable and efficient contingency plan
Module 7 - Marketing and Customer Services
Diploma Module 7 focuses on quality customer service provision and effective event marketing strategies.
