Module 4 – Site Organization

Module 5 – Material Management

A more intensive exploration of professional material management follows in Module 5, which introduces candidates to integrated materials management strategies and associated challenges.  Along with effective and efficient approaches to material management, course content outlines how the success and efficiency of building projects in general can be affected by material management practices.

Module 6 – Human Resource Management

Bringing the course to a conclusion, the final module explores the most important resources of all in contemporary construction – human resources.  Course content guides candidates through an introduction to key personnel and their respective duties, along with efficient human resource deployment, strategies for enhancing employee retention, ongoing training programs, initial employee induction and the basics of recruitment.
